    1. No, registering to our auction is totally free! You are not required to make any payments unless you have won an auction
  2. Do the products on your auction come with a warranty
    1. No, all products sold via the auction platform do not come with a warranty period.
  3. How long do I have to make payment once I have won an auction?
    1. We require payment for any won auction within 3 working days
  4. How long do I have to collect the goods won on an auction?
    1. Any won Lots are to be collected within 2 weeks of an auction ending.
  5. If I cannot collect the items, do you offer delivery?
    1. Yes! Please contact our team for a delivery quote for any Lot listed on our auction
  6. Is it possible to view the goods before bidding?
    1. Yes! If you are unsure on any details listed within a Lot, we encourage you to contact our team to schedule a viewing. All viewings are by appointment only and require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
  7. How do I pay once I have won an auction?
    1. Once you have won an auction, our team will email you an invoice to make payment.
  8. Is this auction open to everybody?
    1. No, our auction platform is for traders only
  9. Is the auction site only for UK customers?
    1. No, we welcome traders from all over the world to register & bid on our auction platform
